Assemblers

Works with Initiator and assemble Gold Standard Quality sandwiches on the OPL.

Role

Responsibilities

• Stay in place at all times • Prepare wrap/box for sandwiches/entrees

• Follow the OPL Grill Slip Procedures ( See Appendix ) • Pull sandwiches/entrees from the Initiator to finish • Place finished sandwiches/entrees in the hub or pushes to Assembler #2 • Take direction from Initiator on when to move to the Premium and/or Breakfast Cells • Dress sandwiches/entrees neatly and accurately • Support Initiator in the High Velocity Cell • Support Cooks when there are no orders on the KVS • Replenish condiments and vegetables on the prep table as needed
