How do I search for products? Our search bar will help you locate items based on any mix of the item name, part number, description, or manufacturer. We suggest using a mix of relevant details to achieve the best results. For example, instead of only typing “tong” try using a more descriptive search such as, “tong red Vollrath”. Will I receive an Order Confirmation? Yes! An email notification with tracking information will be sent to the primary email address that is on that account. How do I change delivery address? At the time of checkout, clicking the pencil icon will allow you to save a new address to your “address book”. You can quickly select any addresses that you’ve saved in the drop-down menu. Does my shopping cart save my selections? Yes! Add items to your cart all week- log back in and you will be able to see what you added and continue- Placing one order per week will save on delivery fees.
