Can I order large items online? At this time, large items such as Fryers, Grills and ABS’s can be viewed but not ordered online. A box will appear if you try to order these items- complete the form and Customer Service will contact you to complete a quote. Why isn’t my order in my order history? Only orders submitted through H+K Online can be retreived on the website. If you placed your order over the phone, it will not be available to view on the website. Can I set spending limits for my managers? Yes, spending limits can be set for each user on your account. You can also determine which users can order for which stores. Will my order be held if it has backorders? During checkout you will be given the option to “SHIP COMPLETE - order will be held so that all items can ship at once” or “SHIP AVAILABLE - all in-stock items will ship right away, backordered items will ship when they become available”.
