Guest Profiles

The system defaults to INDIVIDUAL profile. Complete the profile in full using appropriate capitalisation on the name and address i.e. Jones, Jack, 10 The Crescent, Bath, BA1 2LR. Ensure the correct post town is entered in the City field, as this data is important for marketing/revenue analysis. Car Registration does not need to be captured until check in (excluding sites with no car park) Use appropriate VIP status e.g. if the guest is a Group/Lead Booker, Team Members etc. [SAVE] This profile can now be used by any lodge and CRO for future reservations Enter Mobile no and Email Address

Merging Duplicate Profiles Sometimes an individual guest may end up having two or more profiles in our system. This could be for a number of reasons, including how they booked. If you identify duplicate profiles for your guests, you can merge them together. Merging profiles is important as it gives us one complete view of their history.
