Sofa Beds

Reservations

To note a requirement for the sofa bed to be made up, use the Special Request field on the reservation screen and select MSB – Make Sofa Bed.

IMPORTANT: IKL Policy is that Sofa beds should NOT be made up in family rooms unless a family is staying or there has been a specific request to make up the bed.

Booking.com guests should be contacted prior to arrival as the reservation delivery does not confirm whether there are children or not. CRO endeavour to do this on your behalf and will update the booking with the correct number of adults and children. However for late bookings, or where there has been no response from the guest, the lodge team will need to establish this on day of arrival. Management and key FOH team members also need to be trained and able to make a sofa bed if a late request is made. Early and Late Departures or Late Arrivals (after 11pm) are at the discretion of the lodge, and will never be guaranteed in advance (but will often be requested with online bookings) Wedding Anniversaries and Birthdays can be noted in the booking under Special Requests if known at the time of booking Guests may make all kinds of requests via all booking channels (IKL Website, Online Travel Agencies or CRO, but Special Requests are never guaranteed and are only guaranteed by the lodge, not CRO) Every effort should be made to pre-allocate rooms for guests with disabilities e.g. ground floor room requests. • • • Special Requests •

From the Reservation window, select the drop down arrow beside packages

Select the Cooked breakfast line [EDIT]

In the Exclude Box, mark the no of guests who do not want breakfast
