Online Banking & Bill Pay: Fidelity Bank offers two different online banking services, one for personal/small business use and one for our business customers who require cash management options. First National Bank of Byers consumer customers will need to re-enroll in Online Banking the week of April 28, 2014. Bill Pay customers may need to contact a Personal Banker to have their Bill Pay Payees transferred after they re-enroll in Online Banking if they do not know their current Bill Pay ID.(see page 5)

What’s Not Changing

Important Dates & Things To Do Prior to April 25th (if you are a First National Bank of Byers Online Banking Customer): Review and document any pending First National Bank of Byers online banking transfers or bill payments. Retrieve any eStatements needed from online banking. Week of April 14th: Look for your new debit cards in the mail if you have a current First National Bank of Byers debit card. Debit cards can be activated and you can choose your PIN prior to April 25 but will not be functional until April 25 at 5:00 p.m. April 25th close of business: First National Bank of Byers changes to Fidelity Bank. FDIC Insurance: Fidelity Bank is FDIC insured. Branch Locations: The 3 First National Bank of Byers locations will remain open and join Fidelity Bank’s 3 other branches. Existing Employees: The existing employees will continue to serve your needs. Operating Hours: The lobby and drive-thru hours will remain the same as they are now. Phone Numbers: The phone numbers for the branches will remain the same.

Service: You will receive the same level of service you have come to expect, but now you will have more options.

April 25th 5:00 p.m. to April 28 2:30 p.m.: During conversion weekend, your new Fidelity Bank debit card will be authorized under decreased limits. Those limits are $135.00 via ATM and $225.00 via Point-of-Sale. Daily ATM and Point of Sale limits will revert to normal limits at 2:30 p.m. April 28. Normal limits are $300.00 daily via ATM and $1,000.00 daily via Point-of-Sale. April 28th, 8:00 a.m.: You may now bank at any of our 6 branches in North Texas.
