Introduction In contemporary business landscapes, enterprises encounter a pivotal juncture where advancing their workforce emerges as a cornerstone for success. The dynamic interplay of a competitive environment and evolving customer preferences necessitates a paradigm shift in the approach of current businesses, compelling them to enhance their development strategies with greater efficiency (Melnychenko et al., 2021; Aquino & Garcia, 2023). Consequently, the automotive and retail sectors are not exempt from this prevailing trend. Given these circumstances, the automotive sector is profoundly influenced by contemporary dynamics such as digital solutions, the integration of current trends into various processes, and the adoption of distinctive methodologies for employee development (Zimmermann, 2008; Canonico et al., 2018; Melnychenko et al., 2021; Kuczyńska, 2022). The latter holds substantial potential for team unification and proves instrumental in fostering overall company success and realizing strategic objectives. Consequently, the automotive industry is fervently exploring diverse avenues for enhancing employee development strategies and directions (Hermawati et al., 2014; Shaikh et al., 2016; Canonico et al., 2018; Shirinkina, 2023).
