rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for events whose entries close on or after July 15. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as this event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check- in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk- up” replacements at this event is one hour prior to the start of the event. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2019 money won as of 7 days prior to entry closing. (Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as this event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned- out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non- notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctors releases, he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay- off will be determined on highest marked scores. NOTE: In order for money won at this event to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2019 season a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for 2019 PRCA World Standings and 2020 Xtreme Bulls and X-Broncs Standings. It will not count for All Around standings. In the SB, money won will count towards circuit standings, as long as the contestant has satisfied his required circuit participation count. X-Broncs events are not applied to the required circuit participation count. In the BR, money won will not count towards circuit standings nor will the event be applied to the required circuit participation count. EF’s: BR - $100 If 1/ $150 If 2 EF plus $35 Central Entry Office/Supplemental Insurance fee, SB - $165 plus $35 Central Entry Office/Supplemental Insurance fee. STK. CONT.: BEUTLER & SON RODEO
