Assessing Competencies/Values
When completing the online Chivas performance form the competencies assessment contributes 35% towards the Total Assessment Score (TAS)
Following the meeting the manager will apply one of the following ratings to each of the competencies/values:

Descriptor
Does not demonstrate the expected level of contribution for this competency/value in the current role. Does not consistently demonstrate the expected level of contribution for this competency/value in the current role, indicating room for improvement. Consistently demonstrates the expected level of contribution for this competency/value in the current role Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the competency/value, higher than what is expected in the current role Demonstrates an outstanding level of proficiency in the competency/value, higher than what is expected in the current role, showing readiness for the next step. Achieving this rating in a competency/value area reflects a differentiated strength shown by a role model
