4. Calibration Process

When all the Looking Back Forms have been submitted the Total Assessment Scores for all employees will be collated by the functional head. A functional-wide calibration discussion will take place with each of the Executive Directors, their Senior Managers and H.R. to ensure consistency and fairness. Each function will confirm one of the following six performance ratings for each employee, considering the TAS and performance feedback information.

Consistently demonstrates the expected level of contribution for this competency/value in the current role Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the competency/value, higher than what is expected in the current role Demonstrates an outstanding level of proficiency in the competency/value, higher than what is expected in the current role, showing readiness for the next step. Achieving this rating in a competency/value area reflects a differentiated strength shown by a role model
