“Going back to Cranfield 10 years after doing my Thermal Power MSc and working in the power generation industry, the full-time MBA Energy was an opportunity to take a break from employment and be fully immersed in learning and developing myself. Not only did I build my business acumen, I worked with and learnt from so many people from different backgrounds, cultures and industries as well as improved my self- awareness and leadership skills. The MBA Energy enabled me to move from working for a large multinational engineering company to making an impact at a start-up in Finland where I use both my engineering and MBA Energy experience daily.” Valentina Holt, Product Manager, Aurelia Turbines, (MBA 2018)
