3092 偽裝的印刷郵品-寛容的郵局 Printed Matter in Disguise - the Lenient Post Office ​

On 30th December 1949, three days after the liberation of Chengtu, Ye Qiyong, the philatelist posted this letter which he affixed with 2½ fen stamps, the postage for printed matter. Not enough for the 5 fen domestic postage. Surprisingly, the Chengtu Military Control Commission leniently allowed this letter to be delivered. It transited through Chungking on 5th January and arrived in Shanghai on 18th January.​ 49年12月30日，成都解放後3天，郵學家葉季戎，寄了這封上貼2分半東川銀元郵票一枚, 只足付印刷品的郵資 ，而國內平 信郵資為5分。訝異地, 成都郵局 (軍管局)寛容處理，這封信順利在19501年1月5日經重慶, 1月18日抵達上海。​
