3093 第一次加蓋西川郵局名字郵票實寄封 The First Overprint of names of post offices ​ The overprint was to facilitate the restricted usage of stamps in the local post offices aiming to stop arbitration in West Szechwan from 21st June to 7th July 1949. There is only one cover from the liberated areas recorded.​ 49年6月21至7月7,西川郵局為了杜絕炒賣,推行” 限制在本地使用” 規定,而発行郵名加蓋郵票,(第一次加蓋), 解放區 內沿用第一次加蓋者, 只此一件。​ ​ A cover mailed to Shanghai from Tzeliutsing on 12th December 1949. It is franked with a Shanghai Dah Tung Print ordinary mail unit stamp stamped with “Tzeliutsing” cancellation, consistent with ordinary mail postage. On 5th December 1949, Tzeliutsing was liberated. This letter was mailed seven days after the city’s liberation. It passed through Chungking on 20th December. On 10th January 1950, this letter reached its destination -Shanghai. Post- Liberation covers that continued to be stamped with overprints of name of Post Office are rarely seen. The” Tselingtsing” overprint on the stamps of this cover were the First Overprint of West Szechwan Post Office name. Such overprinting was terminated in July. This cover is the unique post liberation usage of First Print of West Szechwan Post Office’s name stamp. This cover was originally belonged to the collector Mr. H. L. Chung. 所示的實寄封是1949年12月12日由自流井寄上海,貼上海大東版平信單位郵票加蓋 “自流井” 局名三字,符合當時平信資 費。1949年12月5日自流井解放,該封是解放後第5天使用。12月20日經重慶轉遞,1950年1月10日抵達目的地上海。封上 郵票屬於西川第一次加蓋局名票,該批郵票早己在七月停止使用, 解放後沿用的局名加蓋封可謂鳳毛麟角,第一次加蓋必 是孤品,此封原為鐘笑爐先生所藏。​ HK$ 30,000 - 40,000
