Roger Dubuis announced the Hommage collection to pay tribute to co-founder Mr Dubuis' contributions to horology – and to mark the brand’s 20th anniversary. The Hommage Minute Repeater Tourbillon Automatic (pictured above) was issued in a limited edition of 20. Dubuis also announced the Hommage Millésime collection – each year it will restore antique movement blanks in a unique timepiece and achieve the prestigious Poinçon de Genève. Pieces will include a perpetual calendar and a minute repeater, tourbillon or chronograph. The first is a pocket watch (right) with a late 19th century ébauche donated by Mr Dubuis. Updating it to 21st century Poinçon de Genève standards took the skill of 20 experts. It is exclusive to the Geneva boutique. Turning to the future, Dubuis has introduced a new jewelry timepiece, the Excalibur Star of Infinity. Dubuis connoisseurs will recognize the signature star motif and the dual tourbillons.
