Named after the Greek goddess of healing, Panacea is a hilltop retreat with a focus on wellness. The lush grounds are the vision of famed Bangkok-based architect and landscape designer Bill Bensley whose supreme creation is this 50,600 sq ft, six-bedroom residence and its two infinity pools. It comes with 20 full-time staff. Some guests may come here to relax, others to get fit (a beach volleyball court, professional kickboxing ring and yoga pavilion are being added in December).
