Services: The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Fond du Lac County assists older adults, people with disabilities and families/caregivers in finding services and resources to keep them living well and independently. Programs and services: Evaluation, sheltered employment, work development, work training, placement, supported employment, vocational counseling, job coaching and case management. Eligibility: 16 years of age with a work permit, who is diagnosed with a disability and/or otherwise vocationally handicapped, is not dangerous to self or others, and is eligible for self or third party funding.
