[3] Residential uses in the GB and O&I districts must comply with the requirements of the R-20 and the R-30 districts, respectively. [Amended on 1/22/2008 by OA 04-07.] (B) Open Space Development without Community Water and Wastewater Service The following density and lot size standards apply to all open space developments that are not served by community water and sewer facilities. (See Part 3 of this article [p. 5-11] for rules governing measurement of and exceptions to these standards):
