ENG. Fall arrest harness EN361: equipped with metallic rings or textile rings marked as “A” or “A/2”. They can be located on the upper part of the back (dorsal) or at front (sternal). Their high resistance makes them able to withstand a fall. FRA. Harnais antichute EN361 : équipé d’anneaux métalliques ou d’anneaux textiles identifiés comme « A » ou « A/2 ». Ils peuvent être portés dans la par tie supérieure du dos (harnais dorsal) ou au niveau du sternum (harnais sternal). Grâce à leur haute ré sistance, ils résistent aux chutes. ENG. Work positioning belt EN358: equipped with 2 side rings with the purpose of work positioning or restraint. In case of fall risk, the fall arrest ring EN 361 must also be used. FRA. Ceinture de positionnement EN358 : do tée de 2 anneaux latéraux qui ont une fonction de positionnement ou de fixation. En cas de risque de chute, il faut utiliser également l’anneau antichute EN 361. ENG. Seat harness EN813: equipped with a ventral ring for suspension work. Designed to be used to hold the seated person while suspended. In addi tion to the line in the ring EN 813, another independ ent line should be used for fall arrest EN361. FRA. Harnais d’assise EN813 : équipé d’un anneau ventral pour travaux en suspension. Ce type de har nais est utilisé pour soutenir la personne suspen due en position assise. Outre la corde dans l’anneau EN 813, une autre corde indépendante doit être uti lisée pour l’anneau antichute EN 361. ENG.
