As a wax, it is highly temperature-resistant; it does not oxidize or gum like plant oils with similar properties, which lend it long durability even without chemical additives. Jojoba oil properties: Jojoba oil is non-greasy and is absorbed quickly – it nurtures and protects withouts leaving behind a greasy film. Jojoba oil has a natural sun protection factor, it contains vitamin E which helps protect against premature aging. It keeps leather elastic and supple, and offers long-lasting, reliable protection against moisture loss. Real beeswax is a naturally occurring waterproof (hydrophobic) substance that is ideally suited as a leather care product thanks to its nourishing, protective and moisture-retaining properties. Beeswax forms a light, breathable protective film and lends leather a silky soft, smooth feel. Carnauba is the hardest, most transparent and most valuable natural wax.
