Mini-Circuits’ Rugged Class AB Amplifier Delivers 25W PSAT from 20 to 2700MHz Mini-Circuits’ ZHL-25W-272+ is a class AB, high-power amplifier capable of delivering saturated output power of 25W over the 20 to 2700MHZ band, ideal for high-power test setups, as well as wireless communications systems, radar and more. This model provides 50dB gain with ±1.0dB flatness over the full band and +49dBm IP3. Its rugged design provides unconditional stability, built- in protections against excessive drive, overheating and reverse polarity as well as immunity to open and short loads while delivering up to 15W continuous output power. The amplifier comes housed in a rugged aluminum alloy case measuring 5.6x8.8x1.2” with SMA connectors and an optional heat sink and fan attachment for cooling.
