Rodeo committee has clean- up crew scheduled for designated route. Contestants with horses are to parade across from the camping/parking lot through the livestock gate on the fairgrounds to the arena in the main grandstand 1.5 hours prior to the start of the rodeo perf. Rodeo Committee requests that contestants ride together in groups and follow the contestant shuttle for safety no single riders. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is given for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD – Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 50 minimum entries. One go-round. (May be two go- rounds, back to back, same performance depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SLECTION FORMULAS DIV. 2: - 70% top money -30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2017 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for event whose entries close on or after July 15th. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2018 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or V.I.R and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out or V.I.R is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non- notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any
