• Distant Metastasis • ? Histological type ( probably not ! ) • ? Histological grade ( probably not ! )

• Presence of skin ulceration ( EORTC 22861 ) • Male sex ( ACT 1, EORTC 22861 & RTOG 98-11 ) • Low Haemoglobin ( ACT 1 ) • HIV status ( not so important post HAART ) • HPV status & p16 immunohistochemistry
