Which town?

Dangers, risks, hostility and obstacles are as much, as one can easily verify, internal as external, if not more so – and this constant mirror is also the lever of the work. But each time that the link with the inner flame gets veiled, the flame of the soul who is and knows, it is the essential and central significance of the adventure that also gets obscured: its evolutionary sense, its eternal sense.

What was there in this world that was not, directly or by way of consequence, part of this adventure? Yet, it was most often forgetful or unaware of those billions of physical human beings that one tended to the necessities and tasks of the moment, partaking of the privilege of an atmosphere unique upon earth – generally with gratefulness. It is perhaps this gratitude within each one that best unites, until now, these many different origins, these many characters, these many wills.
