Clarence Court eggs are a cracking sponsor

with rich, golden yolks. The birds closely resemble their original Patagonian ancestors, and really are the bird for all seasons, thriving in most situations. There will also be Clarence Court’s Leghorn Whites that lay beautifully bright white eggs that mirror their white plumage. Look out for the Bantam’s feathery feet and the charming Braddock White ducks who love to make a mess and splash about. Finally, you can meet the shy and retiring quail, a beautiful bird that lays the most delicious and delicate flavoured eggs – there may even be a few for you to try. For the foodies and health conscious among you, Clarence Court’s resident nutritionist will be on call throughout the show to offer advice. Eva Humphries, AKA the Wholefood Warrior, will be demonstrating her skills in the Cookery Theatre at 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday, while food stylist and cookery book writer Pip Spence will be judging the Best Victoria Sponge competition.
