More specifically, in the analysis low‐ lactose concentrations in several dairy products.   Staff  Recommendation  YES – ADD TO THIS ERP  Has significant experience with method development and analysis of food  and food ingredient.  He’s served a member of the low lactose working  group.    Statement of Expertise  I have a number of years of experience in the carbohydrate realm of analysis, and particularly in  sugars. I have developed our own internal method for low lactose a few years back.    Staff  Recommendation  Has significant method development and validation with analysis of dairy,  food, ingredients, and raw materials.  Also served as a member of the  working group.    David Ellingson  Eurofins Food Integrity  & Innovation  CRO  Industry  USA  working groups in SPIFAN, and serves as a member for Dietary Starch and  Fiber ERP.  Highly recommend and support his nomination to chair the  ERP.    Lucien Duchateau  DSM Food Specialties  Food  Production  Industry  Netherlands
