Currently I am responsible for the development, validation and technical support of methods used by Nestlé for quality control of their products (including analysis of sugars and lactose in sugar‐free and/or lactose‐free products) Staff Recommendation Has significant method development and validation in carbohydrate/sugar analysis in infant formula, dairy, and food products. More specifically, in the analysis low‐ lactose concentrations in several dairy products. Staff Recommendation YES – ADD TO THIS ERP Has significant experience with method development and analysis of food and food ingredient. He’s served a member of the low lactose working group. Statement of Expertise I have a number of years of experience in the carbohydrate realm of analysis, and particularly in sugars. I have developed our own internal method for low lactose a few years back. Staff Recommendation Has significant method development and validation with analysis of dairy, food, ingredients, and raw materials. Also served as a member of the working group.
