8. 2 seconds, 2 bites, 2 minutes (within 12-14min)

a. 2 seconds – check if the food arrived at the table as ordered b. 2 bites – check if everything I to the members liking and if anything else is needed c. 2 minutes – check again if every person at the table is satisfied with their meal experience d. Check for refills & table maintenance constantly, if the glass is half empty refill! 9. Clear the table if everybody is done enjoying their meal a. If unsure, ask – “are you still enjoying your meal or may I take your plate” b. Only things left on table are condiments and FULL glasses c. If no more drinks are ordered clear the glasses 10. Offer Coffee & Present the check a. Regular or decaf b. Black, skim milk, whole milk or half and half c. Do not forget the spoon! Every Server is responsible for  The cleanliness of her station and that all service standards are being met.  Monitoring the ticket time of food orders  Folding the napkin whenever the members or guests is leaving the table Below is a short explanation of the most common soft drinks served and how are they made.  Arnold Palmer: Combination of half regular iced tea & half lemonade.  Tiger Woods: Half raspberry iced tea & half lemonade.  Crystal Light: Sugar free lemonade.  Whipped Coffee: Ice coffee, milk and sugar, blend together until the consistency similar to smoothie.  Decaf Iced Tea: Fresh brew no caffeine tea.  Regular Iced Coffee: Cold coffee with caffeine.  Decaf Iced Coffee: Cold coffee without caffeine.
