Requisition Procedure The Liquor requisition is the procedure of ordering liquor from main club according to the par level at the Beach Club. The par level reflects the alcohol consumption of our busiest day *3.5, and needs to be monitored on a daily basis and revised if necessary. Moreover, the requisition can be used to order bar equipment. For the requisition the following form is used.

The requisition is done daily after dinner service or whenever restock is needed. Up on receiving the ordered beverages and equipment; check the order versus the copy of the requisition that comes with every order. The copy of every complete requisition form has to be signed and dated, by the bartender, assigned captain or the restaurant manager. Afterwards, the document is scanned, emailed to accounting and the restaurant manager and filed in the designated folder.
