The rule of thumb for taking reservations is not more than 25 people within 30 minutes in order not to go over kitchen capacity. Times given in bold, red font in the top center of the document are put in by the management to display when there is still seating available. Cancelations are marked with CXL in bold red and struck through. At the end of every night the reservation list is updated and walk-ins are added. It is crucial that every employee reviews the reservation sheet at the beginning of her shift, in order to assist members with reservation requests. Therefore, a copy will be printed out and left on the podium every morning for the actual and the upcoming day. Further, any reservation request of a party of ≥13 can only be taken by the management.
