Food and Beverage Training Manual

Brunch Most members and guests typically help themselves at the extensive Brunch Buffet, while few order from our a la carte Brunch menu. Both are available every Sunday and include hot beverages and juices. The last Brunch of the month is a “Calypso Brunch”, where the restaurant is decorated colorfully, Caribbean style specials are added to the Buffet and a steel drum player provides the Floribbean flair. In addition, during Brunch the Beach Club features a Bottomless Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar. Buffet or a la carte, as for lunch brunch is charged per member and guest eating and not by the items consumed. However, we differentiate between three price categories.

 ≤12years old $9.95  Adults $15.95  Adults + Bottomless Bloody Mary Bar $25.95

Only exception, sodas, smoothies and other liquor is charged after consumption. Also, there is no take out from the brunch buffet. Every take out is charged with an additional brunch for $15.95.
