Joel Joseph Home Manager I really enjoy supporting and developing staff to ensure that they have the skills and confidence to work with the young people. I have been at Prior ’ s Court for 13-and-a- half years , initially as a Support Worker and now as a Home Manager. I have had the privilege of seeing many of the young people develop and grow in self-assurance.

I joined the charity three years ago and having completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care , funded by Prior ’ s Court , I was able to apply for a senior position. Whether in the 50-acre grounds or out in the local community I always enjoy working here! The young people have so much potential and I love getting the best out of them.

All my working life had been spent in the corporate world. I knew I needed a change and that I wanted to make a difference , so I applied for a role at Prior ’ s Court. I work closely with a particular child , their parents and social worker and I really enjoy seeing the contribution I ’ m able to make to my key child ’ s progression and development.
