EXHIBIT “A” Attachment to Agreement No. 1213126J-000.620027, dated July 16, 2018 , by and between SPEARHEAD CONSTRUCTION LLC and Skanska Walsh Design-Build JV for Furnish and Install Building Framing and Partitions for Pedestrian Bridge B at LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Building Replacement Project, New York, LaGuardia Airport Queens, New York .

F. Spec Section 09271 - Glass-Fiber-Reinforced Plaster Fabrication (GFRG) - Subcontractor is to furnish, design, coordinate and install all Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG). GFRG includes all interior wall and cladding, pier bases, columns, Truss chords, pier units, fascia, cornices, soffits, and trim at locations in the Contract Documents and Specifications including, but not limited to: 1. All GFRG at Level 4 of Pedestrian Bridge B including GFRG Ceiling above escalator (CB Level 4 Roof Access Corridor – Low Ceiling) between BV and BT line as shown on A22-AJ- 4L-BF-6C, 2/A57-25-00-00-00, 5/A57-26-00-00-00, 2,3,5,7/A84-71-00-00-00, A84-76-00-00- 00. 2. Subcontractor is to hold pre-installation meetings 3. Subcontractor must provide LEED action submittals for GFRG 4. Subcontractor to provide shop drawings including but not limited to: elevations, sections, and dimensions, joint and connection details. 5. Subcontractor to provide samples of each type and color selection for approval as called out for in the specifications. 6. Manufacturer qualifications for GFRG must be a PCI-certified plant for Group G – Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete or designed an APA-certified plant for GFRC production. 7. Subcontractor shall build a mockup of each type of GFRG. In-place mockup of GFRG column assembly including all unique shapes, forms and details to be coordinated with final equipment such as speakers, beam detectors, electrical outlets. Subcontractor shall provide in place mockup of GFRG fascia assembly in open to below conditions. In-place mockup of GFRG column/chord assembly, includes all unique shapes, forms, details, and final equipment such as speakers, beam detectors, electrical outlets, and lighting fixtures. All mockups are subject to inspection and approval by the architect. 8. Subcontractor shall provide a level 5 finish for all surfaces. 9. Painting of GFRG will be performed by others. 10. Subcontractor must store GFRG enclosures per the fabricators requirements stored on firm level ground with proper spacers and properly protected from elements and damage. 11. Subcontractor is responsible for all measurement, dimensions and surveying to facilitate proper installation and maintain quality requirements. 12. Subcontractor responsible for structural performance: Subcontractor to engage a professional engineer as defined in Spec Section 01400 “Quality requirements” to comply with performance requirements specified. Subcontractor is also responsible for providing comprehensive engineering analysis, calculations and shop drawings signed and sealed by a professional engineer licensed in NY. 13. Subcontractor is responsible to design, fabricate and install GFRG interior column covers and wall panels to withstand 10 lb load applied at mid-span with maximum deflection of ¼ inch and no permanent deflection. 14. Subcontractor is responsible for GFRG types required for the Pedestrian Bridge B per the Project specifications, drawings and Contract Documents. 15. Subcontractor shall furnish and install all clips, studs, anchors for proper fastening of the GFRG and is responsible to coordinate the installation of all fasteners, clips, metal framing, attachments, etc. to columns and trusses prior to installation of spray on fireproofing. Spray on Fireproofing is by others.
