Overall height from AFF to underside of soffit and ceiling will be less than shown on RCPs. Two issues: 1. We're installing clips, now. Need access/control points ASAP to avoid delay of work. 2. Text it's Saturday on the third floor that still cleaning up the fire proofing where they pulled the pads week and they're going to bloom are left up sometime today hopefully and they might have to put two lifts on the third floor one for each side because where they put the poured the pads it's hard to make the turn.so there's an I-beam on the other side of the pass so we can't go that way so this is the only path to get around the elevators so I believe the best thing is to have a lift on each side,I spoke with Brian and Zack and they seem to be in agreement for now we're going to get our lift up and we're going to try to make the turn.

To: Mock, Brian ; Corallo, Frank Cc: Andee ; Rose ; Ira Subject: Fw: LGA - Plasterform - Molds Brian, Our contract schedule with SWJV required that we received material in August. Due to unforseen conditions outside of Spearheads control, the project was not be ready to accept material when we were required to accept it (2 weeks ago). However, our contract schedule with Plasterform requires that we are making regular monthly payments starting August and following through to January. They have not slowed down production, nor did anyone want to. In order to help SWJV not have to accept unnecessary back charges for storage of material and double-handling, we had Plasterform create molds. These molds are verified through photos (link below) and can be verified in person by your Walsh counterpart. The molds are fabricated material, and are property of this project. The mold costs were included in the monthly bills along with the actual pieces, able to be paid on equally during these months. Plasterform has sent us a bill for the month of August, as contractually agreed upon. The terms are net 30 (Due by 9/30). We submitted our requisition for the month ending August to SWJV. Unfortunately, this was rejected and is going into the September requisition. With the turn around time for us to be paid (indicated in our meeting as 45 days after approval), SWJV has put us in the position of having to carry this cost to Plasterform for an additional 30 days (SWJV will be paying 9/1-9/15 requisition by 10/30). We propose this; we have a lump sum contract and an agreed upon SOV which indicates the cost for the GFRG/GFRC material. There is 90% left in this line item, and subsequently we have 9 shipments of material being delivered. In order for Spearhead to not incur ADDITIONAL expenses to Plasterform, it is imperative that we receive the 10% for every requisition (both A and B). This breaks down for:

September (2 bills, 2 shipments) * First shipment is going out 9/13 and every shipment is 2 weeks after that.

October (2 bills, 2 shipments) November (2 bills, 2 shipments) December (2 bills, 2 shipments) January (last shipment) Thank you in advance, Sean Reed Project Manager Spearhead Construction, LLC MBE | WBE | SDVOB | SDVOSB | PANYNJ | NYCSBS Sean@SpearheadCx.com Ph: 631.793.7422

* This email originated from outside of Armstrong World Industries. Shane, Good morning.  I hope that your vacation was great and refreshing.  Right back into it though; I'm hoping that I can get and give some information about the project.   I'm assuming we're casting (soon) and will be ready to ship out the 13th.  Please confirm.  Also, please let me know an updated number of molds we have created.   In order for us to store the materials on the bridge, they need to ready a space for us.  Please let me know approximate dimensions of the crates, approximately how many we can expect, with an overall footprint of space and weight we'll need.  All approximate as I know you are still planning.     Hoisting to the bridge has to be planned in advance.  I have to assume we'll need to tie up the hoist for a large portion of the day.  If the shipment goes out on the 13th (Friday), when should we expect to receive it?  Would this be Monday morning?   We will be billing regularly this month going forward.  We are slated to receive payments divided equally among the 9 shipments.  This will be remitted immediately upon receipt.

It doesn’t seem like we have an issue getting a 53’ trailer in to HH Gate 101; however, the height cannot exceed 11’-6”. If the crates are stacked with the 8’-6”dimension oriented vertically, this may be a problem. Another reason Cord was switching to flatbeds was increased flexibility in delivery based on airport logistics and work conditions such as lane closures that may present problems for trailers. Switching to smaller trucks reduced the risk of deliveries getting turned away by the logistics and trucking team onsite. I’ll let you know when I get some more info. Where will we send our shipment to? For Headhouse Cord have access issue for 53’ trailer. So we have to send all trucks to a lumber yard and Cord moves all crates to a low flatbed. Do you have access issue with 53’ trailer? We need to know ASAP. Because lumber yard requires closed crates and we will charge them extra to do so. Thanks,

Andee, working the 2 nd shift for Spearhead is not necessary at this time, however we can collectively discuss this further when timing permits. Kamco Boom lift, will require a licensed Local 14 operator, certified signalman & qualified rigger along with necessary construction C license per DOB regulations . An approved plan layout that will need Approval. We can further this discussion if this how you plan to proceed. With all trades trying to get materials to level 4, we recently lost 3 hours waiting for our materials to get boomed up. Andee, no given time, was there lost time on the day your referring to, which happen to be another trade’s worker that was hurt. I personnel witnessed your team continuing to work, on level 3 without delay. Additionally, when we submitted our proposal, we assumed that Kamco would be able to boom our materials directly to Level 4 (or the landing pad). As we all learned, the Operating Engineers will not allow Kamco teamsters to boom from their truck. Perhaps this will be less of an issue during a 2nd shift or night deliveries. Worth a shot. Andee, SWJV was not included in any discussion between Spearhead and your supplier, nor are we required. What has been relayed to SWJV by Spearhead was use of the Magni consistent throughout the start of project. SWJV based on Spearhead request, SWJV provided use of the Magni to all subcontractors as long as it was properly scheduled with SWJV superintendent. Can you please advise if this is acceptable so that we can make an internal decision on how best to proceed? Appreciate it. Dear Frank,

Have a nice weekend, Frank.

Take care,
