LAGUARDIA AIRPORT – CONCOURSE B - Suspended QuikDeck Platform with Hanging Rigs -

SCOPE OF WORK: All work to be done using Union labor during normal working hours, Monday – Friday.

SUSPENDED QUIKDECK PLATFORM WITH HANGING RIGS

 Furnish, Erect and Dismantle a suspended Quikdeck Platform to hang from the existing steel over the future escalators at concourse B at the above location.  As per the provided drawings, the platform will measure approximately 90’ Long x 30’ Wide (2,700 square feet)  The QuikDeck Platform will be rated for 25 PSF.  This working platform will come complete with all OSHA required guardrails and DOB Permits.  Total price includes (1) stair tower to access the platform.  As per the drawings, Safway will also install 4-6 hanging rigs (depending on Spearheads needs and field layout) to access the feature wall.  Total price includes PE Drawings.  Three (3) months rental period or less. ($ 10,000 per month thereafter).

TOTAL PRICE =

$ 210,000 (Plus Any Applicable Taxes)

Exclusions: Overtime, Maintenance/Modifications, Deducts for early removal, Stand-by time, Man- lifts, Removal of fireproofing from material, Cleaning the deck off before dismantle.
