Exhibits Convention Center Exhibit Hall A - First Floor Wednesday: 1 - 7 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Closed from 12 - 2 p.m. and 5 - 6 p.m. Candidate Tables Convention Center Exhibit Hall A - First Floor Wednesday: 1 - 7 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. All tables must be cleared off by 1 p.m. Silent Auction Convention Center Exhibit Hall A - First Floor Wednesday: 1 - 7 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Winning bids can be picked up between 2 - 5 p.m. on Friday. Ruritan Supply Convention Center Exhibit Hall A - First Floor Wednesday: 1 - 7 p.m. Thursday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Closed from 12 - 2 p.m. and 5 - 6 p.m. Reception and Fellowship Members of the Reception and Fellowship Committee from the Holland, Chesapeake, Appomattox, Rappahannock, Rockingham, and Peaks of Otter Districts will be in the lobby of the Embassy Suites on Wednesday and Thursday to greet and offer assistance to Ruritans as they arrive.
