Assignment 1 Promote your expertise and transfer the knowledge and expertise obtained.

Take cognizance of and gain in-depth knowledge concerning a topic about your work as a nurse in individual healthcare. Choose a topic that is interesting for you in terms of the in-depth knowledge you can gain, and which is also interesting for your colleagues. Organise a meeting with colleagues. During this meeting, transfer your knowledge about the topic. Express your opinion and view concerning the topic and clarify it. Carry on a discussion with colleagues and ask for feedback.

Record this process in a report and introduce the report in the exam discussion.

Assignment 2 During the exam discussion, deal with: - the manner in which you have promoted your expertise about the topic and shared it with colleagues - the contribution you have provided to the professionalisation of the function and the professional group. Result You have actively and adequately promoted your expertise. You have actively and adequately contributed to the professionalisation of the function and the positioning of the professional group.
