Behaviour assessment The examinee:  creates a learning climate in which the student is provided with the opportunity to learn  encourages the student to develop in the institution’s activities and in the association with clients  provides the student with instructions and advice  provides the student with feedback in a professional manner  participates in supervision interviews and/or assessment interviews of the student Supporting document: Supervision plan and progress report including accountability The examinee:  has formulated a supervision plan geared to the student’s options  has formulated a supervision plan according to the organisation’s guidelines  explains how the supervision style is in keeping with the student’s options and learning style  has kept a progress report according to the organisation’s guidelines  explains the manner in which she has provided advice and instruction and the effects it has produced  explains the manner in which she has provided feedback and the effects it has produced  explains the manner in which she has provided work supervision  explains the extent to which the progress of the student has been monitored according to the guidelines Foundation of the assessment of the work process with examples relating to the evaluation criteria.
