Entrepreneurship education should be implemented in primary, secondary, vocational and higher education curricula. At the same time, young people’s access to entrepreneurship before completing compulsory schooling should be encouraged. It is desirable to use the possibility of retraining for those people who did not have a chance before or for any reason did not participate in education focused on entrepreneurship and business development. Dismantling administrative barriers related to the establishment of business and its activities consists in simplifying tax legislation, implementing the digital single market, simplifying e-commerce, supporting innovation, research and development in business, enabling entrepreneurs to use funds for business development and support from European funds. Furthermore, the task of the Member States is to ensure access to publicly available data, to prepare the conditions for easier transfers of business corporations, to establish clear and unambiguous rules related to business activities, etc. Strengthening the business culture in individual EU member states and supporting a new generation of entrepreneurs is based on maximizing the economic potential of all those who are interested in actively participating in business activities and enabling them to participate in the business process. It is mainly about motivating students studying at all levels of schools, as well as addressing and involving other potential entrepreneurs who are not currently citizens of one of the Member States of the European Union. In order to effectively develop business activities within the European Union, individual entities can, subject to the relevant conditions and demanding criteria, use the following support, programs and projects: • COSME program – The program is designed to increase competitiveness and employment in the European Union and targets small and medium- sized businesses. In the Czech Republic, the Department of Innovative Entrepreneurship and Investment of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible. • Horizon 2020 for an innovative society – The aim of this program is to support innovation, interconnect research and market-related innovation, so that new business opportunities can be created in the promising sectors of the economies of the Member States of the European Union. This project is under the responsibility of the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which supports the Czech Republic’s involvement in the European Research Area. • Enterprise Europe Network – The program is based on helping to innovate and grow international cooperation. Contact points in the Czech Republic can be found in Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen and Prague.
