Although the legislation on electronic invoicing already exists, these problems can unfortunately discourage business entities from engaging in business activities in cooperation with public administration institutions. B2G electronic invoicing works very successfully, for example, in Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany. • Provide consulting services in the field of electronic invoicing for business entities. This consulting activity should consist in the form of free training, which will be implemented in several different places in the Czech Republic. For example, in the Netherlands or Denmark, entities can contact the provider that provides B2G electronic invoicing and ask for help and advice on electronic invoicing. • Provide an online help desk for business entities and public administration institutions . This service should immediately assist users in resolving current issues with real-time electronic invoicing.
