In black, chromatogram of untreated sucrose/FOS solution. In blue, sucrose/FOS solution treated with a 397

sucrase enzyme mixture performing as expected in the studied conditions. The sucrose has been 398

completely hydrolysed whereas the alteration of the FOS ingredient profile is minimal. 399
