Finding Peace in Our Pain requires us to remember:

#1 Pain is part of our journey. But it is not our whole truth.

#2 True spirituality is not denial.

It is bringing ourselves into the light.

#3 We can ’ t always control what happens. But we can return to the still point within.

#4 Pain can lead us to transformation. It is a doorway to deeper awareness.
