Try these patriotic cocktails for your 4th of July celebrations!

RED WHITE & BLUE PIÑA COLADA • 3 oz. Bacardi Rum • 3 oz. Dekuyper Blue Curaçao • 6 oz. pineapple juice • 4 ½ oz. Cream of Coconut • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries • 2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS Add rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and ice to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour around 2/ 3 of the mixture into a separate container, leaving the rest in the blender. Add strawberries to remaining mixture in blender; blend until smooth.

PREPARATION Pint Mason jars work best for this cocktail but you can also use any tall cocktail glass. Pour strawberry mixture into the glass. Slowly pour 1/ 3 of the reserved Piña Colada mixture into the glass. Pour the remaining reserved mixture and Blue Curaçao into the blender; blend until combined. Slowly top off with the blue mixture.

LIME RIM Prepare using equal parts of salt and sugar. Combine with some freshly grated lime.

FIRECRACKER COCKTAIL

GARNISH (optional) • 2 watermelon slices • 2 cucumber slices • 2 small mint sprigs

• 4 oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber Mint Vodka • 4 (1-inch) cubes seedless watermelon • 2 limes, diced • 2 oz. simple syrup

DIRECTIONS Combine vodka, watermelon, and lime in a cocktail shaker. Muddle all ingredients together. Add simple syrup, fill with ice, cover and shake until ice cold. Rim rocks glasses with a cut lime and dip in the lime rim mixture. Fill glasses with ice and pour the ingredients from the shaker into the glasses. Garnish with watermelon slice, cucumber slice and/or a mint sprig.
