DIRECTIONS Squeeze the half of lime into a collins or high-ball glass and add the blueberries, mint leaves, and sugar. Muddle until the flavors have combined nicely together. Add the ice over the muddled mixture filling the glass a little more than half full. Pour the rum over the ice, top with soda water, and stir to mix well. Garnish with extra blueberries, mint leaves, and a lime wedge. • 2 oz. Blanco tequila ( El Mayor recommended ) • 10 fresh blueberries + extra for garnish • 10 mint leaves + extra for garnish • 1 lime, cut in half – set one half aside and cut the other side into wedges • 2 tsp. sugar • Soda water to top off
