In conclusion, it may be thought that the working methods followed within Commission IV of the IIW, in particular with regard to the Bulletin, can be taken as an example of advanced international collaboration in matters of technical documentation. These methods avoid overlapping and make it possible to achieve the best results by having the work carried out under the conditions most favourable for speed and economy. Bearing in mind the results obtained up to the present, it is hoped that this cooperation will increase from year to year.
