standings, but will alert him that he will no longer be a member and because NCYC is a private club, there is a limit on how often non-members can visit the club. An unnamed member still owes $200 in work or pay. Won’t returned Deb’s calls. Motion was made that he has lost his NCYC membership and is considered a member in bad standing. Need to wait until grace period is over. Tabled until march. Received a request on behalf of John Prochaska requesting leave of his work responsibilities due to health reasons. Board determined this request needs to be a written request from John himself. Got LOA letter from Charlie Cook. Got a letter from Mike Riehl asking for Sr. status, denied as he has to be 62 before the start of the calendar year. The following members requested resignation: Mary Ann Lutz Jacob Rener

One noted resignation was from P/C Jim and Rae AnnWhyard. Daryll suggested the board send them an appreciation plaque. 2 LOA, Rich and Mary Goodman and Doug and Katie Bruce. Mike Davis new on waiting list. Announced members that are requesting status changes. Publications – Ron Draper Working on completing the roster in the coming weeks and will ask if members want to order extra copies. Needs to order before Ron sends to publication (extra rosters for members are $13 each). P/C Carroll suggested Ron have extra rosters for new members, or people who want more than one. Debbie informed Ron that KimMiedema asked if she can help him with the roster again? Absolutely! Darryl owes him new waiting list for guest wells. Secretary – Glenn Nixon OD and weekend schedules are progressing - ahead of last year. Working on finalizing all his information needed for the roster. Roster goes to print about 4/15. Been experimenting with the document section of the website to be able to upload schedules and assignments. Will send Fanouts with a link to members with these updated schedules. Been working with calendar portion of the website to keep it updated for members to look at. Wanted to know if we are going to have a float
