All the Fin’s have been winterized and stored in the parking lot. Fin’s 1 and 2 had no issues. Fin 3 was low on antifreeze and will require some maintenance when the boating season starts.

II. OLD BUSINESS

A. East Harbor Lease Renewal Update

*Not much has changed. The renewal papers will go through in 2025. Our rate will be $150.00 for 2025. In 2026 the lease renewal is estimated at $3250.00 per year with possible increases based on cost of living/inflation. The lease renewal will be a 25-year agreement.

B. Review of 2024 Member Work Hours

*Michelle Barker wrote a letter asking to remove work or pay for 4 hours. Motion: Mark Javery. Second Philip Maniaci Motion Carried *Letters were sent out to members who did not complete their required hours.

III. NEW BUSINESS 1. Updated Photo’s for Roster and Website Information has been given to the Flag, Board, Member of the Year and Spirit Award recipients to have their photos taken for 2025. 2. Insurance Committee Recommendations for 2025 *Remove Fin 1 from policy. *Changes made to walk-in cooler to garage with walk-in cooler. *The insurance will increase 11% for 2025. Motion: John O’Leary to approve insurance recommendations. Second: Mark Javery. Motion Carried
