C ARAMELIZED O NIONS

3-5# Yellow Onions (4-5 large onions) 3 T Olive Oil or Butter ½ tsp Salt

1. Peel & thinly slice all onions in half- moons. 2. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter and salt over top of onions. Toss to coat evenly. 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours. Stir occasionally (yes, I know you are normally not supposed to lift that lid, but it’s ok here) 4.
