A. First Mates Awning Project Motion: Philip Maniaci to approve installation of the First Mates Awning at West end of Clubhouse. Second: Tom Lisowski. Motion Carried with 8 votes in favor and 3 against.

III. NEW BUSINESS

1. Future plans for Fin #1 – Pending Cash Reserve approval of necessary funds for purchase of replacement if acquired during 2024.
