OD Work schedule update John Hickey The weekend work schedule is coming along nicely. I have received 83 weekend work hour preference sheets from Director Shelley Sweier as of 1/8/2025, and those have been added to my spreadsheet records.

March Board Meeting Move to 3-20-25 from 3-21-25

Membership Cards Membership card balances from 2024 will be transferred to the new 2025 Membership cards. NCYC Gift Cards will be reimbursed by Treasurer, Christa Betts. Discussion:  Shelly Schroka stated she will take care of Membership cards.  The board is looking into the question that was asked; “Can Jr. Member cards look different?”

Member of the Month Motion: Christa Betts recommended Rachel Fringer as January recipient. Second: Everyone. Motion Carried.

IV. GOOD OF THE ORDER 

Kid’s Day will be switched to July 26 th

 Club Express will be looked at. Is there something better?

Commodores Closing Comments Commodore, William Burghart I want to Thank everyone for coming to our first Board meeting. (Shelley Sweier driving from Rochester and Especially Tony & Kim joining us from Florida). Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Ball this weekend!
