ABYA Report Past Commodore Rick Romatz A.B.Y.A. meeting the upcoming spring dinner dance and aimed to increase attendance. They proposed allowing up to 20 boats for the weekend rendezvous, offering a "buy one night, get one night free" dockage deal and considering entertainment options. P/C Rick Romatz made a motion. Second: Philip Maniaci.

Correspondence All John Hickey shared an email from P/C Bill Hendricks requested digital copies of monthly board meeting, special board meeting and all general membership minutes, including agendas for the NCYC archives. They discussed establishing a process for providing these records and utilizing a shared Google account

for archiving. End of Report
