H. A Board member who shall absent himself from three consecutive monthly meetings of the Board, unless he shall have previously obtained permission from the Board to do so, or shall present at the next monthly meeting an excuse for his absence satisfactory to the majority of the Board present, shall automatically cease to be a member thereof. I. They shall cause to be examined the financial accounts of the Club within 90 days after the closing of the Club's fiscal year. Such examination shall be conducted by an independent accounting firm appointed by the Board of Directors. The scope of the examination shall be a Review as defined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The accountant's report for the prior year Review shall be presented at the general membership meeting held during the month of May. J. They shall amend the By-Laws as deemed necessary, subject to approval of the membership as outlined in Article XI of this document.

K. To approve all contracts entered into on behalf of the Club.
